Commercials are graded into three categories:

• Large has a strong 75cm stem and a bloom size of 12.5 – 15 cm in diameter
• Mediums are shorter and have a bloom size of 10 – 12.5 cm in diameter. 
• Smalls have a 55cm weak or crooked stem, and a bloom size of 7.5 – 10 cm ​
